Since 1974, Jack has taught meditation internationally. He trained as a Buddhist monk in the monasteries of Thailand, India, and Burma. Over the years, Jack taught in centers and universities worldwide and worked with many of the great teachers of our time. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and is a father, husband, and grandfather. He’s the author of several books which have been translated into over 20 languages and sold more than a million copies.
