  2. Essentially you just Subscribe (iPhone, Apple, Android), Download, and Give a 5-Star Rating 

    Apple or iPhone user?
    FIRST Subscribe – Head on over to Apple Podcasts and click “follow”
    THEN Download – Click on the three dots and select “Turn on automatic downloads”
    THEN Rate – Scroll down below the episodes where it says “Tap to Rate” and click on 5 stars. If you can leave a written review of why you love these conversations, that would be the extremely helpful.

    Android user?
    FIRST Subscribe – Head on over to Google Podcasts and click “Subscribe”
    THEN Download

    1. On your Android phone or tablet, open Google Podcasts .

    2. At the bottom, tap Home .

    3. At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial Podcast settings.

    4. Under “Downloads,” tap Auto downloading.

    5. Turn on Auto download new episodes.

    6. Under “Your subscriptions,” turn on podcasts you want to auto download.
